Saturdays heroes №3

The third and final issue of a 100% English-language and, as we think, greatly underrated project called SATURDAYS HEROES, has the same concept as all previous issues. It consists of articles dedicated to the 20th anniversary of ULTRA VIOLA BULLDOGS - Újpest (Budapest), SECTION B - real madmen from Scotland supporting the humble Airdrie United, as well as a feature story about trophy hunters in Poland, targeting to take possession of the banners of own enemies; an overview of the Australian fan scene; photographs of Fenerbahçe SK (Istanbul) hooligans; interviews with representatives of GREEN ANGELS - AS Saint-Étienne, CHOSEN FEW - Hamburger SV, GROBARI - Partizan (Belgrade) and KOMITI ZAPAD - Vardar (Skopje). From a dozen reports, we highlight the brightest European Cup matches: AIK (Stockholm) - Lech (Poznań), Budućnost (Podgorica) - Śląsk (Wrocław), Inter (Milan) - HNK Hajduk (Split), SK Rapid (Wien) - PAOK (Thessaloniki), ŠK Slovan (Bratislava) - Videoton (Székesfehérvár), Željezničar (Sarajevo) - NK Maribor, Sarajevo - Levski (Sofia). The episode ends with a cool shot of the barra of the Venezuelan football club Carabobo from the city Valencia drowning in the fires of pyrotechnics.
