This issue of the fanzine STRANNIK is based on reports from away trips of fans Metalurh (Zaporizhzhya), made in the second round of the season 1997/98 - Ternopil, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Poltava, Kryvyi Rih, and in the first half of the season 1998/99 - Kryvyi Rih, Simferopol, Mariupol, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Poltava, Kyiv; chronicle of events that took place around the "Match of the Century" for the Ukrainian national team; report on the 6th international mini-football fan tournament; section "Our city news", the highlight of which was the story about the handball match of the team ZTR against the Badel (Zagreb), where hooligans from the BRIGADA URAGAN went to beat the Croats who had arrived in Zaporizhzhya; a review of the then new products of the Ukrainian fan press, examining the advantages and disadvantages of fanzines FAN DVIZH №1 - Metalist (Kharkiv), SECTOR-23 №4 and №5 - Krystal (Kherson), PRAVOBEREZHNYY FAN-VESTNIK №1 and №2 - Metalurh (Zaporizhzhya), as well as LEGION propaganda leaflets, issued to popularize Dynamo (Kyiv) and support the Ukrainian national team; an article about the connections between football fanaticism and the music scene, telling about punk bands that included representatives of the fan movements of Shakhtar (Donetsk), Tavriya (Simferopol), Metalist (Kharkiv), and other; a note about Zaporizhzhya fan girls; comments from the hooligans Dynamo (Kyiv) and Chornomorets (Odesa) regarding the latest incident that occurred in the confrontation between them; a note about a stabbing involving Odesa fans and local bandits in Nikopol; impressions of a Zaporizhians from a trip to football in Moscow; and much more. Special mention should be made of archival footage of the BRIGADA URAGAN at home and on the road, including a special selection of 18+ photographs, photographs of fans of Kryvbas (Kryvyi Rih) on the way to Mariupol, Vorskla (Poltava), Zirka (Kirovohrad), as well as together drinking ultras of Karpaty (Lviv) and Chornomorets (Odesa).
